 We endeavour to ship all items within 48 hours. (Weekdays only).

Shipping Rates:

- New Zealand $6

- New Zealand Rural $8

- Australia from $18

- Rest of World from $24

- Orders over $150 receive free shipping within NZ only.

All New Zealand residential deliveries are sent tracked and if you would like to specify in the notes section we can add a signature to the delivery.

Deliveries to Australia and the rest of the world are sent with New Zealand Post non tracked, at the purchaser's risk.

If you live outside of New Zealand and want tracked shipping please get in touch with us and we can make special arrangements. (Approximate cost starts from $30)

Please read carefully below regarding international shipping.

It is important to remember that COVID-19 still heavily impacts courier and freight traveling internationally. There is still insufficient air freight capacity. Due to the limited number of flights transporting freight, parcels are having to transit through overseas International hubs (like London and Singapore) then be onforwarded to their destination country from there. This is delaying parcels even further, particularly as the UK have a significant backlog.

Returns 

Please choose carefully (you are welcome to contact us and ask for more photos if you are unsure or finding it hard to choose), as we will only return or exchange an item if it is faulty.

If you somehow receive a faulty item please contact us within 14 days to have this sent back for a replacement or refund (upon arrival of faulty product). We take great pride in our brand and hope that this will never happen!
